Indications: Constipation, indigestion. Regulates bowel habits.
Kadukkai Terminalia chebula is used by Siddhars as a health promoter, bowel regulator and as a mild laxative.
It helps fastening gastric emptying and acts as anti-ulcerogenic because of its positive beneficial effect on gastrointestinal mucosa.
Dosage: 5 – 10 gm can be taken half an hour before dinner or at bed time with warm water.
