Indications:
Orchitis, hydrocele, hematocele, epididymitis & infections of testis.
Kazharchikkai is the drug indicated in all Siddha texts for the treatment of inflammations and infections of testicles.
It is a well documented drug for Orchitis of different etiology.
Recent studies on Caesalpinia bonduc show its adaptogenic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antiviral activities.
Dosage: 300 -1000 mg twice daily after food with hot water.
