Boerhaavia diffusa contains a high quantity of potassium nitrate which could be the cause for its diuretic properties. It also shows immunomodulatory, cardioprotective, nephro-protective, hepatoprotective, analgesic, anti-inflammatory properties.
Dosage: 1 – 3 gm in decoction form twice a day before food.
