Indications: Kapha diseases, Cough with expectoration, body ache, tuberculosis.
Dosage and usage: For both internal and external uses. 1 – 2 teaspoons should be taken with hot water twice daily morning and evening.
It can be applied externally on head and on chest to relieve congestion.
It can be applied on affected areas to relieve pain.
