The dietary soluble fiber fraction in fenugreek is helpful in improving digestion and also delays absorption of glucose thus plays a major role in controlling diabetes. It reduces pitha. It helps in bulk formation of stools and relieves constipation. It regularizes lipid levels. It removes pain due to premenstrual stress and relieves menopausal discomfort.
Dosage: 1 – 5 gram twice a day after food with hot water.
