Indications: Respiratory tract infections, respiratory distress, cough, cold, phlegm accumulation.
Kandankathiri Solanum xanthocarpum is one of the herbs used by Siddhars to treat respiratory diseases. It relieves congestion and helps to breath freely.
Adathodai (Adhatoda vasica) helps to reduce allergies, relieve spasm and brings relief.
Dosage: 2 – 3 gm can be taken twice daily before food with warm water.
