Indications:
Indigestion, flatulence, hyperlipidemia, fat deposits around abdomen, gas problems.
Allium sativum is the major ingredient of Vellaippoondu Legiyam. It increases digestive fire, enhances appetite and relieves flatulence.
It shows action against Helicobacter pylori. Allium sativum also shows cardio protective and lipid lowering activities.
Dosage: 3 gm should be taken thrice daily preferably after food.
