Are your products manufactured in a GMP-certified facility?

Do you follow WHO-GMP standards?

What quality control measures do you follow?

Quality is integrated throughout every stage of manufacturing. We implement quality control procedures covering raw material evaluation, in-process monitoring, finished product testing, documentation, and batch traceability to help ensure product consistency and compliance with applicable specifications.

Are raw materials tested before manufacturing?

Yes. Raw materials undergo identification and quality evaluation based on in house specifications before being approved for production. Wherever applicable, botanical identity, purity, and relevant quality parameters are verified.

Are finished products laboratory tested?

Yes. Finished products are evaluated according to established quality parameters before release. Testing may include physical, chemical, microbiological, and other applicable quality assessments depending on the nature of the product.

Do you test for heavy metals?

Yes. Where required by applicable regulations or buyer specifications, products are tested for heavy metals using validated analytical methods through AYUSH / NABL approved laboratories.

Do you test for pesticides and microbial contamination?

Yes. Depending on regulatory requirements and product category, appropriate testing for microbial quality, pesticide residues, and other relevant contaminants is performed to help ensure product safety and quality.

How do you ensure batch-to-batch consistency?

Our manufacturing processes are standardized through approved formulations, validated procedures, qualified raw materials, process controls, quality testing, and comprehensive documentation to promote consistency between production batches.

Do your products comply with Indian AYUSH regulations?

Yes. Our products are manufactured in accordance with applicable regulations issued by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India and the respective State Licensing Authorities, subject to the specific category of the product.

Can you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?

Yes. Certificates of Analysis can be provided for products, subject to customer requirements (at extra cost), regulatory considerations, and commercial agreements.

What is the difference between Classical and Proprietary medicines?

Classical medicines are formulations prepared according to recognized traditional texts of Siddha or Ayurveda.

Proprietary medicines are formulations developed by us by using ingredients recognized within the traditional systems while complying with applicable regulatory provisions.

What dosage forms do you manufacture?

Our manufacturing capabilities include a wide range of dosage forms such as tablets, capsules, powders, syrups, decoctions, medicated oils, ointments, creams, gels, lotions, granules, and other herbal formulations, subject to manufacturing capability and regulatory approval.

Are your formulations based on traditional texts?

Our classical formulations are prepared according to recognized traditional references. Proprietary formulations are developed by combining traditional knowledge with contemporary product development practices while adhering to applicable regulations.

Are your products scientifically evaluated?

We continually support our products through available scientific literature, traditional knowledge, quality testing, and product documentation where applicable. The level of scientific evidence varies depending on the individual formulation and published research.

Can your products be used together with modern medicines?

Consumers should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any herbal product alongside prescription medicines, especially if they have existing medical conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking multiple medications.

Are your products suitable for children?

Are your products vegetarian?

Most of our formulations are of plant origin. However, certain traditional formulations may include ingredients of mineral or animal origin where permitted by traditional texts and applicable regulations. Product labels provide ingredient information.

Do your products contain preservatives?

Only where technically necessary and permitted under applicable regulations. Any permitted preservatives used are declared on the product label in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Are Siddha and Ayurvedic medicines safe?
