Indications: Treats indigestion, chronic diarrhoea and reduces body heat. Dyspepsia, peptic ulcer, vomiting.

Cuminum cyminum is a very strong and pungent due to the presence of cuminaldehyde, the main constituent of the essential oil. It shows antioxidant, antimicrobial, immunomodulatory, antidiabetic, anti-carcinogenic and many other properties. Cumin is a rich source of iron and its regular intake helps oxygen transportation by haemoglobin. Cumin helps in the absorption of nutrients by the gut very effectively. Cumin relieve flatulence, bloating, gas and other related complaints.

Dosage:  1 – 3 gm twice a day before food with hot water.
