 Each 500 mg Capsule Contains Extracts of:   

Indications: To relieve constipation and to regularize bowel habits.

Unlike other purgatives Terminalia chebula is a mild colon cleanser. Continuous usage will not harm the gastrointestinal system but, it helps in other ways by its antioxidant properties.

Continuous usage will not be harmful.

 Dosage:  2 – 5 gram twice a day after food with warm water 1 or 2 capsules / tablets twice daily.
