Syzigium aromaticum is a spice which is also used as a medicinal herb for centuries. It is a rich source of phytocompounds including sesquiterpenes, monoterpenes, etc. S. aromaticum exhibits antioxidant, antiseptic, ana;gesic, antispasmodic, antimicrobial and many other activities. 

Dosage: 0.5 – 2 gm twice a day after food with hot water.
