Composition:

Sprouted Ragi, Wheat, Jowar,    Red Rice, Bengal Gram, Green Gram, Black Gream, Barley, Soya Beans, Sago, Badham, Cashew Nut and Cardamom. 

Nutromalt (No Added Sugar) is an ideal combination to provide basic nutrient requirement especially for diabetics.

Method of preparation : Take 3 table spoon of Nutromalt and mix with 300 ml of milk or water, stir well and boil make the poridge and serve.
