Each tablet is prepared from :

Powders of Gokshura Tribulus terrestris Frt. 66.66 % Guggulu Commiphora wightii (Purified) O.R. 16.66 % Each 2.88% of Sunthi Zingiber officinale Rz. Marica Piper nigrum Fr. PippaliPiper longum Fr. Haritaki Terminalia chebula P. Vibhitaka Terminalia belerica P. Amalaki Emblica officinalis P. and Mushta Cyperus rotundus Rz.         

நெருஞ்சில் Tribulus terrestris Frt.66.66 % மகிசாக்ஷி குக்குலு Commiphora wightii (Purified) O.R. 16.66 % மற்றும் சுக்கு Zingiber officinale Rz. மிளகு Piper nigrum Fr. திப்பிலி Piper longum Fr. கடுக்காய் Terminalia chebula P. தான்றிக்காய் Terminalia belerica P. நெல்லிக்காய் Emblica officinalis P. கோரைக்கிழங்கு Cyperus rotundus Rz. ஆகியவை வகைக்கு 2.88 %.

Indications: Prameha (Urinary disorders), Mutrakrcchra (Dysuria), Mutraghata (Urinary obstruction), Asmari (Calculus), Pradara (Excessive vaginal discharge), Vatarakta (Gout), Vataroga (Disease due to Vata dosa), Sukra Dosa (Vitiation of semen) 

Dosagee : 500 mg tablets. 2 tablets twice or thrice daily.

Anupana : Musta Kvatha, Pashanabheda Kvatha, Ushira Kvatha.

The major ingredients Gokshura is well known for its antilithic, diuretic, antimicrobial properties.

Flavonoid aglycone fractions found in T. terrestris exhibit  potent antihyperurecimic and Xanthine oxidase inhibitory activities (lowers uric acid production).

Guggulu, Amlaki and Pippali are some of the best Rasayana drugs.
