Indications: Liver  pathology, hair loss, peptic ulcer.

Acute and chronic hepatitis, alcoholic liver disorders, drug induced liver dysfunction, fatty liver, hepatomegaly, liver cirrhosis,  jaundice, peptic ulcer.

Ayurveda ascribes Eclipta prostrata as a potential herb for liver protection and for its hair growth potentials. The active components include wedelolactone and demethyl-wedelolactone which show anti hepatotoxic potentials and stimulates liver cell regeneration and it down regulates HBAg.

Dosage:  2 – 4 gram twice a day after food with water.
